1. Why the transaction was rejected ?

Transaction maybe reject with some reasons , such as ,
   - Payer Auth Fail =
 1. Input incorrect Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode or J/Secure password , please fill the correct password
 2. Card holder close Verified by visa page during made transaction then system will be reject that transaction  
   - Refer to card Issuer = Card was block by issuer bank's system or issuer system are down , please contact with card holder Issuer Bank.
   - Format error = Fill wrong card no. format or try to use card type that BBL system doesn't accept.
   - Do not honour = Fill wrong credit card information (e.g. EXP , CVV) or Reach to credit limit or your card can't do transaction online , please contact to your card issuer bank for more infomation
   - Timeout (reversed) = Take too long time to make the transaction (over than 15 minutes)
   - Host access error = Can't contact with issuer bank host.
   - Blacklist card by merchant = Card was blocked by the Merchant.

- Invalid Transaction = Fill incorrect card information then transaction can't process.
- System error = Can't contact with issuer bank system , or maybe has some internet connection problem
- High Risk Country = Transactions from High risk country will be blocked by the system (can be enable/disable  this function)
- Transaction not permit to terminal =
      1.Corporate card and purchasing card was blocked by system.
      2.Can't contact with issuer bank system.
      3.Can't contact with VISA or MasterCard or JCB system.
- Country not match = Fill wrong issuer bank information.

2. Most error that card holder can't made transactions
  1) Issuer not Match
  2) The Credit Card Number is not valid/ is incorrect
  3) The Card Holder Name is incorrect
  4) Please enter a 3-digit Card Verification Number

1) Please choose correct Issuer Bank name . If it not in the list , please choose 'Others' radio box and type the card issuer name with your own.
2) Please fill correct card number as display on Card.
3) Please fill cardHolder Full name as display on card.
4) Please fill correct CVV (3-digit number on backside of credit card)

3. How should I do if it is not have my card Issuer Bank's name on the list ?

- choose  'Other' radio box and type your Issuer Bank name
 

4. Credit card is not register verified by visa (VBV) or MasterCard SecureCode (SC) or j/secure

Card holder can register VBV , SC or J/secure by register on issuer's website or can register on VBV , SC or J/Secure page that will be pop-up when after click 'Submit'
